DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation) is an advanced solid-liquid separation technology widely used in wastewater treatment and industrial effluent processing. The process is based on the dissolution of air under pressure into water, forming microbubbles that attach to suspended solids, lifting them to the surface. At the surface, a floating sludge layer is formed and mechanically removed, significantly enhancing the removal of fats, oils, and organic pollutants.
